NOTIFICATION OF SUNGARDENS HOSPICE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING:
Notice is hereby given that the 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of members of Sungardens Hospice will be held in the Chapel at Sungardens Hospice on Thursday 28th August 2014 at 10:00 for the following business:
1. To confirm the Minutes of the previous AGM which was held on 22nd August 2013.
2. To report on the activities of the Sungardens and Mamelodi Hospice for the period 01 March 2013 to 28 February 2014.
3. To propose that BDO Spencer Steward Chartered Accountants, continue as the auditors of the Association.
4. To transact such other business as may be transacted at an AGM.
The Board of Sungardens Hospice hereby invites you to renew/apply for membership in support of Sungardens Hospice for the period 2014– 2015. If you are interested kindly download and complete the SGH Membership Form and email it along with your proof of payment to: firstname.lastname@example.org .
