Grief can be difficult to navigate, and sometimes it helps to have a space where you can talk, reflect and simply be with others who understand.
Sungardens Palliative Care invites you to a Bereavement Support Session on Saturday, 3 October 2026, offering a welcoming space for reflection, support and connection.
Whether you are navigating a recent loss or are carrying grief from some time ago, you are welcome to join us. You do not have to navigate it alone.
