When someone is living with a life threatening illness, home is often where they feel safest and most comfortable. Our Home-Based Care service allows patients to receive holistic palliative care in familiar surroundings while ensuring families are supported every step of the way.
In-Patient Unit
A peaceful place when extra care is needed.
Our In-Patient Unit provides a supportive setting for patients whose symptoms or care needs require closer attention. Patients receive 24/7 professional nursing and medical support,
while families are welcomed and kept
involved in their care.
Bereavement Support
Finding support through change and loss.
Our Bereavement Support services are available to people dealing with the emotional effects of serious illness, loss and bereavement. They provide opportunities to talk, receive guidance and connect with others in a way that respects each person's experience.
